The Story Behind OilCatch
OilCatch wasn’t born in a boardroom it came from the floor of a real shop, during one of those jobs where a drain pan just wouldn’t fit and cutting a jug wasn’t cutting it. After one too many messes, the idea for a better way took shape: something simple, reusable, and made to do one thing really well catch oil during filter changes.
It started with a few hand-made prototypes tested in local shops. The feedback was honest, and we listened. We refined the shape, improved the materials, and made sure it worked where it mattered most in tight spaces, under pressure, and without making a mess.
Today, OilCatch is helping mechanics, farmers, and heavy equipment operators get the job done cleaner and faster. It’s not fancy, but it works and that’s what we care about.
